Order policies

Custom result notice: Because each figure is made from photos, final pieces may vary slightly from the source images while still aiming to capture the likeness, markings, and features as closely as possible.

Preview approval: Standard orders include a preview before final production so small adjustments can be requested prior to printing. If we do not hear back with any changes within 48 hours of sending the customer the model, we will proceed with the model we have provided.

Turnaround: Standard production is typically estimated at 2–4 weeks. Rush Production shortens this to an estimated 3–7 days after preview approval.

Shipping: Shipping timing can vary by destination, but standard orders are generally prepared to ship within the stated production window. Free shipping on orders over $150 CAD.

Changes and cancellations: Orders may only be changed or canceled before design work begins. Once a preview has been created or production has started, cancellations or refunds may be limited.

Color and photo quality: We use a large spectrum of colors to get as close of a color match as possible, but final color may vary slightly depending on print process, lighting, and source photo quality.
